CANCELLATION POLICY
We know that life can be unpredictable and schedules may shift. To make sure all clients have the chance to book and enjoy our services, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. •Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. This policy allows us to offer openings to clients on our waitlist while also honoring the time and dedication of our team. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!
